Owned full company roadmap, product, growth, content strategy, analytics, business development, and platform operations, while working with high-profile game studios and blockchain networks to support launches and drive user acquisition and engagement.

Led the creation of a bootstrapped smart contract–powered rewards application, processing $1M+ in user reward claims and partner sales, with adoption by a highly engaged user base through wallet-gated, tokenized incentives.
