01. How It Started
Web3 gaming studios and communities struggled to engage users, scale distribution, and prove ownership without relying on centralized platforms. At the same time, Web3 content lacked sustainable media infrastructure that could grow audience, support partnerships, and adapt to rapid ecosystem change.
The challenge: Design, build, and scale a decentralized Web3 gaming media platform that could quickly grow a loyal audience, support ecosystem partners, and operate efficiently across complex technical systems. All in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
02. My Role
As Founder of W3Gamer, I owned the company end-to-end, leading product strategy, engineering, design, operations, and partnerships from inception through scale.
- Defined and executed the full product roadmap, owning platform architecture and feature prioritization while balancing technical constraints and user experience.
- Led cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and operations, shipping and iterating on a Web3-native media platform.
- Built and scaled a Web3 gaming media ecosystem through growth experiments, platform optimization, and data-driven acquisition strategies.
- Managed partnerships with 200+ gaming studios, protocols, and Web3 ecosystem partners, driving engagement, retention, and cross-platform growth.
- Integrated AI/LLM workflows across content operations, analytics, and internal processes, improving team efficiency and enabling faster, insight-driven decision-making.
